VANDYK AWARDED FIVE RBC PROJECTS
RBC – Royal Bank of Canada through its agent CBRE has awarded to VANDYK five projects for the build out of their new Fit By Design Concept of Banking Branches. The RBC branches are a new concept that is geared towards greater interaction of today's technologies, construction methods and finishes in conjunction with enhanced customer service interaction. VANDYK – VANMILLS PLAZA COMPLETION
VANDYK is please to announce the completion of one of its 3 recently developed retail sites, Vanmills Plaza located on Erinmills and Fowler Drive in Mississauga just north of the QEW. Vanmills Plaza together with Vanmills Centre and Meadow Park Plaza comprise approximately 70,000 sf of retail space with over 96% leased.

VANDYK Group of companies is please to announce the construction of their new 2 story corporate head office. The facility is designed a new ground up 2 story office building located with in one of VANDYK's retail developments. VANDYK Commercial Co. Ltd. has undertaken the design and construction of the new facility with completion and occupancy for the late summer of 2011.
