VANDYK AWARDED FIVE RBC PROJECTS
RBC – Royal Bank of Canada through its agent CBRE has awarded to VANDYK five projects for the build out of their new Fit By Design Concept of Banking Branches. The RBC branches are a new concept that is geared towards greater interaction of today's technologies, construction methods and finishes in conjunction with enhanced customer service interaction. Locations are all in Ontario West Region.

IBM RENEWS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH VANDYK
IBM Canada through its agent CBRE has renewed with VANDYK their Construction Management Services agreement for an additional 3 years. The Construction Management Services contract was renewed after VANDYK successfully provided 3 years of Construction Management Services to IBM / CBRE for the construction and renovation of their interior projects with in the GTA under the original agreement.

Vanmills Plaza together with Vanmills Centre and Meadow Park Plaza comprise approximately 70,000 sf of retail space with over 96% leased.
